Chef John Gargone formally the Resident Entertainment Chef of Kitchen Kitchen is now available to cook and entertain your guests while preparing a three to six course meal.

While you are enjoying the first course Chef will prepare the second course. Chef John just loves to cook while entertaining, explaining and demonstrating in detail the cooking methods learned from over 1000 Chefs and food service personnel.


You and your guests will be amazed at how quickly Chef John prepares your meals all the while doing the ala carte dance and making it look easy. His knife skills alone are guaranteed to blow you away. Chef John is recorded in Ripley’s Believe it or Not for slicing a cucumber into 36 even slices in 7.51 seconds while blindfolded. You will see several items cooking at the same time while John shares his formula for serving everything hot at the same time. He really does love to cook and entertain for Birthdays, special events, family gatherings, Coupes special dinner and any occasion.


Chef John will show you the real world of cooking. No preparation is done in advance. Cook and Chop! Participate or party it up. Watch as everything is made from scratch and he includes his own personal recipes

  • All Cooking Classes are designed for the Beginning Novice and the Pro.
  • All Menus are designed to highlight methods and techniques.
  • Class length depends on menu selection. 2 to 3 hours plus.
  • Minimum of 10 guests is required.
  • Recipes and personalized menus are included.
  • All edibles are purchased by Food Art.
  • Pots and pans and cooking utensils supplied by Food Art
  • Cooking and clean up of pots, pans and dishes are supplied by Food Art
  • Dishes and silver may also be supplied added sur-charge
  • Servers may also be supplied added sur-charge

Chef John can transform any edible product into a work of art. His amazeing Knife handling demonstrations are always a big hit. Did we mention he slices and dices faster than a machine, Blindfolded!
